DAI Communications is an answering service that provides services for companies that are too busy to handle the incoming calls, and/or does not want the expenses of a full-time receptionist. DAI Communications provides other services such as: answering your customers' basic questions, sending email and faxes, forwarding messages, appointment setting and/or dispatching calls. It is our desire to take care of our clients, therefore we are open to discussing other services your company may require. It is also important to have a live person answering in case of an emergency. We are here to make your clients feel welcome when calling by hearing a live voice and holding a conversation with them. Our goal is to help you generate more revenue by always having someone available to take calls on your companies' behalf.
